The posturing of a divided U.S. government has reached a point to cause another partial government shutdown. Appearance based upon shallow values, as usual, is the crux of why political parties to draw lines in the sand and make their ideological stands. As Christians, we cannot allow misguided principles to become the root of our beliefs because they will lead us away from the truth.
