Why the Devastating Floods in Europe?

CBS wrote on July 16 that “the scale of the disaster is unlike anything the area has seen in living memory—the worst deluge recorded in the region in more than 200 years…” Newsmax added on July 21 that thousands are still missing who are most likely dead. But why do disasters like these happen? Is it because of man-made global warming, or is the real cause overlooked? And once the cause is identified, do people respond and react in the right way?

Chauvin’s Conviction—Was Justice Served in a System that Works?

Derek Chauvin was convicted of second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter for killing George Floyd. The conviction of Chauvin was celebrated with the claim that the American legal system works. However, that statement is in question, due to mistakes made during the court proceedings and inappropriate political intervention. Does God think that our legal system works?

Is the Prophesied Big Earthquake in Israel Going to Hit?

Scientists predict that a huge earthquake is about to hit Israel. They estimate that in the case of a 7.5 magnitude earthquake, an estimated 7,000 people will be killed. The Bible tells us that such an earthquake will occur when Jesus Christ returns to set up the government of God on this earth. This is no coincidence. God is letting us know the signs of these end times.
